The Center for Spiritual Community meets for several weekends each year to engage in spiritual practices that strengthen our ability to tap into the abundant resources of love, support and healing that are always available. As a community, we aspire to deepen our spiritual consciousness to bring about healing and transformation within ourselves, our wider communities
and the world. These weekends require pre-registration to attend.

In addition, we offer regular gatherings to hold light for the needs of our community and the world.
We do this through the Circle of Compassion and Satsangs:
Circle of Compassion – Chanting and meditation are common practices at the Center to support inner growth and deepen our spiritual connection. When we come together for the Circle of Compassion however, we chant and meditate with the specific intent of consciously holding the world, the planet and all beings for healing. We see this as an important way to be of service at a deep level; it is work that we offer for others. The Circle of Compassion is held at the Center most Sundays (see exceptions below) from 10:00 AM – approx. 11:15 AM. Satsang is a Sanskrit term derived from two roots: sat meaning "true’" and sangha meaning “community, company or association.” It can be translated as "associating with good people" or simply "being in the company of truth," and refers to the act of gathering with like-minded, uplifting people, especially those on a spiritual path. Our Satsangs consist of chanting and meditation, preceded by an informal gathering (potluck lunch).
We will be hosting a Satsang on the following Sunday afternoons, starting at 12:30pm. These Satsangs will follow Circle of Compassion at 10:00am and then a potluck lunch at 11:30am. You are welcome to join any or all of these events!
